I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming decoration of the hotel. The warm colors and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, which was perfect for a senior like me. The hotel also had great accessibility features such as ramps and elevators, making it easier for me to get around. It truly made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.
I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff. It would have been great if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.
